We received a text message from a parent asking “at what point will TLC close due to the CoronaVirus “
Here is our stance:
We have absolutely no intention of closing the center to this virus!
We have 90 children whose families still going to work every day and are counting on us to provide a safe and loving environment for your children. Not to mention 19 staff members that depend on their paychecks every 2 weeks to pay their bills.
As always, we work very hard to provide a clean and healthy environment for everyone in the building and occasionally, we do have some things spread (this is very common in a building with lots of children).
But back to CoronaVirus:
Until the CDC, Okaloosa Health Department, the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) or the Department of Children and Families (DCF) directs us to close…TLC WILL remain open!
That being said, we are all a team and need to work together, please keep our littles home if they are sick.
If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us.
Meanwhile, see you Monday morning
We believe in the development of the whole child. Through a quality program, TLC will provide care and education based on best practices.
Our curriculum is designed to focus on the creative, emotional, intellectual, physical, and social growth of each individual. Our approach is to foster competency in your child. The emphasis is on your child, but family involvement is encouraged and supported. We want your child to have fun and enjoy being a kid.
